Aims

As a business provide - timely, quality, independent holistic agricultural advice and training.
To cooperate with any other professionals as part of the team supporting farm businesses. Specifically

1. To help farm businesses reach their productive potential by sustainable means through:
   - individual strategic management plans and targeted farm programs integrating all elements of the business (physical, financial and human resources) based on the client’s own goals and objectives.
2. Building resilience into farm businesses (i.e. an ability to sustain profitability over a wider range of conditions including climate variability) through robust rotation and appropriate management.
3. Develop and deliver practical training and education to groups or individuals in the area of whole farm management, business analysis, risk management, strategic management of herbicide resistance, learning from the land – soil series and any other areas of need identified, using a holistic approach.
4. Positioning farm businesses to participate in carbon trading. *1
5. To facilitate change by introducing more farm businesses and supporting industry to the whole farm approach.
